  • 使用方法

    玻璃制备

    玻璃裁切要精准，切割误差必须小于2mm，以避免出现气泡，玻璃应磨边。清洗玻璃表面清洗的最后阶段要用软化水。经过以上步骤可将洗净的的玻璃吹干并放入合片室备用。

    合片

    合片室应整洁无尘，操作人员应穿着干净，室内温度应保持15-25°C ,湿度18-40%。完整的合片过程如下:

    a. 在操作台上放置一块清洁的玻璃。

    b.将PVB薄膜放置在玻璃上层，裁切膜片并保证切割时PVB膜片的边缘比玻璃的多出2-5mm。注意:切割PVB膜片时，应避免刀片接触到玻璃。

    c. 在PVB膜片上面再放一块干净的玻璃。

    预压排气

    为了获得良好的密封边缘，必须排净PVB膜片和两块玻璃之间的空气。通常有两种排气方法:

     

    a.辊压排气法

    合好的玻璃经预热，表面温度25~40°C，进入第一道辊，辊间距比夹层玻璃总厚度小1mm左右，压力为0.2~0.5MPa，之后进入恒温箱，使玻璃表面温度达60~80°C,再经过第二道辊，辊间距比夹层玻璃总厚度小2mm左右，压力为0.3~0.6MPa。出辊后，夹层玻璃四周应有一整圈透明带将边部封好，避免高压釜内气体回流产生气泡。

     

    b.真空排气

    将预压夹层玻璃放入真空袋或真空橡胶垫片中，然后冷抽、热抽排出空气。推荐：减压真空度超过650mmHg，冷抽温度应在25°C以下，保持30~40分钟，而在热抽过程中，温度为70~120°C，保温时间为30~60分钟。

    入高压釜

    将夹层玻璃放入高压釜，注意两块夹层玻璃的间距要超过5毫米。密封高压釜门，将高压釜温度提高到80°C温度，到达80°C以后保证升温速率5°C/分钟，升压速率在0.06MPa/分钟。当温度升到120~140°C压力达到1.0~1.5MPa时，保温保压30~60分钟。之后，保压将温度降到45°C左右开始将压力释放到标准大气压。完成了高压成型工艺，我们就得到了成品夹层玻璃。

  • 包装与运输

    成品PVB胶片每层用PE膜隔开，然后用铝箔真空包装，最后放入胶合板箱中。

     

    储存

    所有产品应存放在干净的仓库中，常温贮存，禁止阳光直射。如果包装打开，产品应储存在温度15℃-25℃，相对湿度20%-40%的环境中。

     

    运输

    在运输过程中避免日晒，雨淋和剧烈震动。

    用PVB胶片生产的夹胶玻璃，在玻璃破碎时PVB层可以粘住玻璃渣避免掉落伤人。采用PVB胶片生产的夹胶玻璃还具有隔音隔热的功能。PVB胶片可以在户外长时间使用，是当前最佳的外墙夹胶玻璃中间膜。

    建筑级PVB

    PVB 胶片可以用建筑玻璃起到，安全、隔音、隔热的作用。PVB 胶片具有弹性，降低了玻璃在收到冲击时破碎的可能，一旦破碎可以粘住玻璃渣防止掉落，除了透明的PVB我们还提供彩色PVB胶片。用于室外装饰玻璃，安全美观，使用时间长。我们PVB胶片的常规厚度为0.38mm 0.76mm 1.14mm 1.52mm,其他厚度亦可定制。
