Production
Our PVB film is made by fresh resin without recycle resin. We use Chinese advanced extrusion equipment to produce PVB film, adopt imported best thickness gauge to control PVB thickness well, and test parameter each batch.
Avantage of use PVB film
PVB is the abbreviation of polyvinyl butyral. PVB film is made from PVB resin, it been use as inter layer in the laminated glass. When the laminated glass broken, the PVB interlayer film can stick the cullet, avoid drop out hurt somebody. So, laminated glass is called safe glass also. Now PVB layer is the best laminating film, it has good adhesive property, and can work long time under sunlight, PVB film is elastic material, so it can resist impact and sound insulation.
Architecture PVB
PVB film use in the outer wall glass, especial for high floor. The function is safe, sound insulation, thermal insulation. PVB film has good performance in transmission of light, clear PVB film is the most used, color PVB film been used in some place also. The common thicknesses are 0.38mm, 0. 76mm, 1.14mm and 1.52mm, other thickness can customized.
Automobile PVB
PVB film be widely used in automobile windshields, for the safe, and now use in side window also, to reduce noise. Except clear PVB, light blue light green PVB layer be use in windshield also, some time color band in the top. The common thickness is 0.45mm 0.6mm 0.76mm, other thickness can customized.
